The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Rose Island Originals. Rose Island Originals operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, workshop registrations, event registrations, DIY kits, custom and personalized products, and other services in order to provide you, the customer, with a creative and curated shopping and workshop experience (the “Services”).

Rose Island Originals is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The following terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

By visiting, interacting with, purchasing from, registering for an event through, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given your consent to allow your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage.

To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online store, purchasing products, registering for workshops or events, or using other services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your name, email address, billing, payment, shipping, personalization, or registration information.

You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity associated with your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Rose Island Originals offers products and services that may include handmade and finished décor, custom and personalized products, DIY kits and craft supplies, workshop and class registrations, private events, creative experiences, and other merchandise or services.

We make every reasonable effort to provide accurate descriptions and representations of our products and services. However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on your screen, device, settings, materials, and the handmade nature of our products.

Many Rose Island Originals products are handmade and/or created from natural materials, including wood, flowers, and other craft materials. Variations in wood grain, knots, texture, color, placement, size, finish, floral materials, and other natural or handmade characteristics may occur. These variations are part of the unique nature of handmade products and are not considered defects.

Product photographs, examples, samples, and workshop project images are intended to represent the general design and appearance of the item or project. Handmade items and customer-created workshop projects may not be identical to examples shown.

All descriptions of products, projects, workshops, services, pricing, designs, materials, and availability are subject to change without notice at our discretion.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product, design, workshop, event, or service at any time and may limit quantities or availability on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS, PERSONALIZATION, AND REGISTRATIONS

When you place an order or register for a workshop or event, you are making an offer to purchase.

Rose Island Originals reserves the right to accept or decline an order or registration for any lawful reason at our discretion. Your purchase is not accepted until Rose Island Originals confirms acceptance and payment has been successfully received and processed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

For personalized and custom products, you are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, spelling, wording, colors, selections, and other requested information. Rose Island Originals is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

Because personalized products, custom products, workshop materials, and event projects may be prepared shortly after an order is received, we may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellation requests after production or preparation has begun.

Purchases, cancellations, returns, exchanges, refunds, transfers, and studio credits are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and any applicable workshop, event, or private-party policies.

You represent and warrant that products purchased through our online store are intended for your personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 – WORKSHOPS, CLASSES, AND CREATIVE EVENTS

Registration for a Rose Island Originals workshop, class, or event reserves space for the registered participant and may require us to purchase, prepare, personalize, cut, engrave, or otherwise prepare materials before the event.

Workshop and event registrations are therefore subject to the cancellation, transfer, refund, and studio-credit provisions stated in our Return & Refund Policy and any additional terms provided for a particular event.

Project availability, designs, materials, colors, techniques, instructors, event details, and project examples may occasionally change due to product availability, supply issues, safety considerations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Creative activities may involve paints, stains, adhesives, resin, wood, flowers, tools, equipment, and other craft materials. Participants are expected to follow instructions and reasonable safety guidelines provided by Rose Island Originals staff.

Children and minors participating in Rose Island Originals activities must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian and must receive appropriate adult supervision based on the activity, location, and event requirements.

Additional rules or participation requirements may apply to particular workshops, private parties, mobile events, or activities and will be communicated when applicable.

SECTION 5 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, workshop fees, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be shown during checkout or in your order confirmation.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.

Prices available online may differ from prices offered in our physical studio, at markets, pop-up events, vendor locations, or through third-party retailers.

We may periodically offer promotions that are governed by terms separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict between specific promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms will govern that promotion.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for purchases made through our store.

You represent and warrant that payment information provided by you is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, incorrect customer-provided addresses, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please follow the procedures outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including but not limited to trademarks, brands, text, displays, photographs, images, graphics, videos, audio, website content, product photographs, original designs, workshop materials, instructional materials, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Rose Island Originals, its affiliates, licensors, or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Unless otherwise expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, sell, or transmit material from the Services without prior written consent from Rose Island Originals or the applicable rights holder.

Purchasing a finished product, DIY kit, workshop registration, template, or other item from Rose Island Originals does not transfer ownership of the underlying design, artwork, photographs, instructions, or intellectual property to the purchaser.

Nothing in these Terms grants you a license or other right under any trademark, copyright, patent, or other intellectual property belonging to Rose Island Originals, Shopify, or any third party except as expressly provided.

Rose Island Originals names, logos, original designs, product or service names, and slogans may be trademarks or other protected intellectual property of Rose Island Originals or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans appearing through the Services remain the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services that we neither monitor nor control.

You acknowledge and agree that access to such tools is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without endorsement.

We shall have no liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Your use of optional tools offered through the site is at your own risk and discretion, and you should review the applicable third party's terms and policies.

We may offer new features, tools, and resources through the Services in the future. Such features will also be considered part of the Services and subject to these Terms.

Rose Island Originals is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Rose Island Originals.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Rose Island Originals, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Rose Island Originals.

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in this section requires you to submit photographs of yourself, your children, or your completed projects, and any separate photography or media permissions associated with in-person events may be governed by additional policies or consent.

Occasionally, information available through the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, project information, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping charges, transit times, workshop dates, or other information.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information or cancel affected orders when necessary, including after an order has been submitted, subject to applicable law.

You may access and use the Services for lawful purposes only.
